Stallions Wolverines Draw Even.
A largely defensive battle was summed up by Stallion’s QB Brandon Jewett’s miscue and a 33 yd TD INT return. That was the only score of the night for the Wolverines (2 pt. conversion good). The score remained 8-0 Wolverines until Jewett hit Magic Jones for a 74 yard TD. The game was tied when TE Chris Paschal converted the 2 point attempt. An overtime Stallion field goal attempt was blocked and the game ended with score of 8-8.
The defensive unit of the Stallions is moving along quite well. New LB Dantrell Allen and DB Steve Davis have made huge contributions to the defense.
