The Stallions made quick work of the Lincoln Way Patriots Saturday night. Magic Jones is on a mission this season, and he kept the scoreboard operator busy early on. He added two TD to his team leading total (4). A 33yd fly route to Jones put up the first points of the night. The next TD was purely magical as Jones split two Patriot defenders and scored on a 75yd bomb from QB Brandon Jewett.
The Stallion ground game got going this week as TB Chris Bush found the end zone for his first rushing TD of the season. He hit paydirt on a 19 yd scamper. The scoring was capped off by Stallion WR Rocky Bounds on a 23 yd post as time expired in the 2nd quarter

With the game well in hand, the reserves cruised to a to a 27-6 victory. The defense remained intense and forced fumbles, picked off passes and crushed Patriot WRs to put emphasis on the victory. The Stallions look forward to enjoying the 4th of July weekend with their families, and will take the field again on the road July 11th vs the Chi-Town Blaze.
